  Excellent community with very reasonable price in a nice location. The Staff was very friendly specially Nikki & Cindy. Service requests are on time & I never got disappointed with their service . even though the apartments are old, I would recommend these to my everyone.

  We have lived here for over a year now. Cindy Montgomery has been the go to person in this apartment complex. She always goes above and beyond to make the residents happy. She along with her maintenance staff maintain the property very well. She treats the residents as family members. All the maintenance and support staff are very good and very professional.They take care of the service requests well. The rents are reasonable too. We get a covered parking spot per apartment. Also, there are plenty of open spaces available. The leasing office is reasonably big which makes hosting birthday parties very easy. The property is located in a very prime location, literally walkable to Mac Arthur Park complex which houses Target, Kroger, TJ Maxx, Ross, Ulta and others. It is also less than 5 minutes away from the Mustang Park Recreation Center, Las Colinas Elementary school and lot of other eateries. Thank you to all the staff for making it a very positive experience living here.
