  I have been a customer for several years. Recently decided to rent out my apartment and asked for an updated quote based on the fact that I will not need any insurance on personal property, guest liability etc. etc, the response I receive is that there is NO price difference, which is just not possible since they are responsible for lesser services. The agency is run by cheats and they make sure to suck as much as they can from gullible customers who rely on them for an affordable insurance based on truths and facts and do not have time to look in detail their insurance premiums. I advice NOT to choose this agency at any cost

  I have been with Wes Norwood for many years and have all of my insurance policies (auto, boat, motorcycle, life and home) through Allstate. I haven't been able to find any companies that can beat the premiums I pay. Whenever I am in need of something related to one of my policies I contact Daniel. He always responds timely as well in a professional manner. Daniel has great costumer service skills! I recommend Wes Norwood Agency not only for their rates, but for Daniels sense of urgency in answering and taking care of any requests I make of him.

  I believe my family to be one of the first customers with Wes Norwood Insurance. We have had all of our vehicles and our homes insured with Wes for over 30 years! The service that we receive from Wes and his staff is top notch, from questions about our insurance policies to our claims. They have always been prompt and efficient. We would not find this service anywhere else but here and that is why we have remained with Wes Norwood.
