  Horrible secretary. Never returns calls. Says one thing and does another. So after paying over 2,000 on my brothers case within a 2 month period , only visited my brother ONCE (only to sign the contract, didn't even talk about the case.) All Carl was able to do is 1) start on the case 2 weeks AFTER being hired. 2) Costantly resetting the court dates (not handling business accordingly) & 3)Send me a text message calling me (the clients sister) a B&TCH" for RESPECTFULLY going off on his secretary ( I never cussed , NEVER disrespected. ) YESS I was upset and I have the conversation recorded!!! These individuals are elders , maybe over 40-50 yrs of age & disrespected a 20 year old. Only shows who has MORE MANNERS & RESPECT. Then again it must be a RACIAL THING FOR CARL. He must have something against hispanics.. the question is , How come he didn't have a problem when collecting the money?????! WORSE ATTORNEY EVER!
